These terms describe use of Turtle Go, operated by Ji Yang Nan. Contact support@turtlego.app with questions about these terms or the service.
The service
Turtle Go helps a household record turtle care, growth, selected life media, and private observations. Features depend on your current access, household permissions, and verified subscription status.
Your account and household
Use an account you are entitled to access and keep your sign-in information private. Only invite or grant permissions to people you intend to include in your household.
Only upload or share material you are entitled to use. Do not use the service to access another person's private information or evade access controls.
Care and health information
Turtle Go does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Records, prompts, and prepared information do not establish that a turtle is healthy or that it is safe to wait. A veterinarian should make clinical decisions.
Record actions and observations accurately. Review a package before sharing it with a veterinarian or another recipient.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions have the same features. The App Store shows the price, payment period, trial terms, and renewal information before confirmation.
Free setup does not begin a trial. If an eligible trial is offered, it begins only after the required confirmation. Trial access does not include Memories generation.
Cancelling renewal does not remove a verified paid period that remains valid. Manage renewal and any refund request through the App Store's applicable process.
When access expires, eligible historical viewing and data rights remain available within your current permissions. General creation and generation stop. Restoring a purchase checks its original account connection and does not merge households or accounts.
Your records and sharing
You retain your rights in the material you contribute. You allow the processing needed to store, synchronize, display, export, and share it according to your choices and current household permissions.
Review online sharing links and their expiry before publishing them. Revocation cannot recall a copy a recipient already obtained.
Memories and Shellmarks
Memories are generated from eligible confirmed ordinary records and require valid paid access and enough suitable history. Generated text can contain errors. Check its sources and use the correction and deletion controls when needed.
Shellmarks reflect their stated ordinary-record requirements. They do not certify health, safety, or veterinary outcomes.
Account deletion
Review the deletion scope in Privacy & data. A primary member may need to transfer the primary role first. Shared care history can remain in the household under a Deleted member label, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Service changes and your legal rights
The service may require maintenance or updates. If a change affects your subscription or personal information, applicable store terms, notice requirements, and privacy obligations continue to apply.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable consumer or privacy law gives you.
